Siradel web services web application doesn't propose configuration storage, with project management.
However, if you set same inputs as on a future simulation, it will reuse existing simulations results from the server.
If you need to re run periodically same network configuration (or with few modifications), we suggest to store excel files with the different configurations you have simulated. As copy/paste from excel to web services is very simple, it will save you some time, and ensure you will be able to rerun some simulations if needed.
To properly simulation existing scenarios, don't forget to also store global parametes (antenna, frequency, ...).
